Individual training sessions are paramount for the continued development of the serious basketball player who wish to increase his edge over his competition.

Here at the International Big Man Academy we have identified that a major problem exist where players are participating in too many games during the off season and are not focused enough on the development of their individual skill-set.

This produces serious challenges for the players and their coaches during the season when post players are unable to deliver a one dribble or no dribble goto move on the box once the ball is passed into the post position.

An effective jump hook with either hand alone is worth a few million dollars at the NBA level. Yet 90% of today’s post players do not have this shot in their arsenal. That same percentage are also unable to utilize their pivots frquently at the offensive and defensive end of the court, hence the term “lack of footwork”
